We are seeking a number of experienced Multi Trade Builder / Skilled Tradesperson on behalf
of our client with over 35 years of experience specialising in home extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments.
The Candidate:
• At least 3 years of multi trade experience
• Excellent work ethic
• Works well in a team
• Have a driving license
• Has a UTR (Unique TaxpayerReference)
• Has a CSCS card
Required Experience
• Experience of working on building sites is essential and always complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience as a multi-skilled trade professional, particularly with carpentry, brickwork, tiling and plastering.
• Have the ability to use own initiative and work to deadlines.
• Have good communication skills and demonstrate a professional manner.
• Be reliable and trustworthy.
